horn building help

hi,

i will try to build mi first horn... an exponential, straight, square section, horn.

my thought is that would be very easy to cnc cut the four sides and then join them...

i used an online calculator obtaining all the measures, but this gave me simply a projection of the horn, how can i calculate the plane dimensions of the sides ?
