He pulled that down quite a while ago. He is working on an MCM and vifa design that will be basically the same price and style as the silver flute design. My guess is that it will be quite a bit better though.

In Zaph's blog section, under the date "Sept. 1, 2008", he states he will accept requests for one week only and pass along the details for some recently discontinued designs. The request should be posted on the Parts Express diy page as a pm.
The design you seek is older than those. It may not hurt to try anyway. Good Luck

chainenoble,
What Silverflute are you using? I can vouch for the Orient Express. It is a good design.

i have the 5.5 inch 8ohm but its sheilded.the Orient Express looks like a good option, but i'm not sure if i can use the sheilded version with this design.i think the spec's are slightly different.

Hi,
The wayback machine (search) can find old deleted pages. The tweeter for this design is now hard to find. |

Meniscus audio has a design with the silver flue and a Seas H1212 that sounds quite good. I am sure they could tweak the design for you to work with the sheilded verson of the silver flute.

The wayback machine will not work for Zaph's pages, as he has elected to use a robots.txt file to block crawlers. This is unfortunate as there has been alot of great info on the site, but I don't blame him for not wanting all that information out there being misused.
