Electrons are yellow and more is better!

I'm a happy owner of a iPhone and I wonder if someone here can recommend a good alternative to Apple's original earphones? I want a model with microphone => 100% compatible with iPhone.

Any iPhone owner/user here? I have found Sennheiser MM 50 iP. Anyone tested those?

I've been looking at these myself:
http://www.etymotic.com/ephp/hf2.aspx I've really enjoyed my other ety IEMs (er-6i and er-4p). I'll probably just save money and stick with the er-6i for the iPhone because I don't care much about the mic.

Etymotic was a totally new brand for me. Maybe it's worth checking out.

Apple has released better headphones. I wonder how they sound?

Don't know, but I'm sure they won't be near as good as any Etymotic or Shure 'phones.
I've seen a lot of people on Head-Fi.org using ER 4's who love them, and then some that don't like them. Personally, I hate cell phones and I certainly don't wear IEM's with them. If I did use anything with an iphone, I'd probably be lugging around a set of HD600's and a nice amp and dac or something, lol. |

Apple's earphones seems to have two elements. Anyone who knows more about this?

head-fi.org
the headphone forum would be a good place to get a lot more information. |
