HI!
I'm beggining my first speaker project and i need some advice on crossover. Drivers: http://www.d-s-t.com/vifa/data/d27tg-05-06a.htm http://www.d-s-t.com/vifa/data/m18wo-09-08a.htm Box: 22L, ported I was thinking of going with 2nd order Linkwitz-Riley, crossed at 2kHz , with impedance rise compensation circuit on both bass and tweeter and L-pad attenuator (-?dB) Whats your opinion? |

I recommend minimum 2.5Khz and 2.5dB of attenuation for the tweeter. Usually you take a variable L-Pad, adjust to taste and use fixed resistor value to build the final L-Pad. Drivers are very similar to the one that I use in my Arro Clone.
