Hi,
please help me understand this frequency response measurement: http://bmselektronik.de/fileadmin/bm...y_response.bmp of this driver: http://bmselektronik.de/15N820.bms_15n820.0.html The driver is rated at 98db 1w 1m. The measurement is at 100w 1m. But it nearly hits 130db. Shouldnt it be at around 118db? |

My first thought would be that there is nothing there that says that their system is actually callibrated to show true SPL.
Given the sensitivity shown in the specs for the driver the 118 db you mentioned seems be about right. Regards, Dennis |
