Answering my own question. OK after trolling the forums and speaking with a few folks.....I decided to buy the morel midrange (EM1038) for my old Audionics TL90's. Madisound had them in stock. I hope to have my revised baffles prepared and drivers install within a week to 10 days. I will write my first impressions shortly there after. I am considering a corian material for the baffels if I can find some at a reasonable priced.
