Default horn kit for the inexperienced

Hi.
About to retire, I have time and reasonable carpentry skills to play with. However, I'm a technical fool, and know NOTHING about electronics, despite a life times interest in HiFi, so I'm wondering if anyone can point me toward a well documented plan for a simple horn two or three way loudspeaker. Size is an issue (not room filling), but I imagine it to be something like the commercially available Aspara HL1 design (that kind of size anyway). The suggestions would need to include sources for drive units and crossovers. Is there anything like this to get me up and running.....I could get more 'advanced' maybe after this one, but I think something 'easy' to start. Amps will almost certainly be Class A SET valve designs around 10-15wpc.

Please tell me (gently) if this request makes no sense!
Thanks.

It makes a lot of sense.
You could talk with Bill here;

He's done both commercial and home systems.
I like that Aspara;

I'm just a bit leery on that bass bin and that 2" driver.
