Does anyone have any recommendations for the use of the Seas L21RNX/P woofer? I have not seen many people using it, and most of the designs are barely capable of a -3db point of 60hz.

Hi,
Its now an "old" driver, around 25L sealed and 40L to 50L tuned to ~ 26Hz seems about right. The latest version is barely different in real boxes, H1252-8, L22RNX/P. http://www.rjbaudio.com/AlpheusMkII/alpheusmkii.html I'd triangulate the oversized midrange section to something more sensible, and add that volume to the bass section, keeping overall dimensions. |
