Hi all ,ive just picked up a pair f r40 speakers, they sound ovely after hours of placin.i was thinking of uprating the crossover. when i opened up the cabinet i got greeted by some r50 crossovers, what i noticed is the t27 is connected to the coles hf area ,the b110 is connected to the hf/mf and the bass to lf.surely in this confiuration some of the audio spectrum is missed?can anyone suggest a crossover for this speaker ? i tried a kef concerto but lost the bass weight any help appreciated
If you go to this link:-

you will see the crossover schematics for the R40 (& R50)...various jpg's are also available..
The R40 crossover can be marked as 'R50.03'...so slightly confusing...
