I had come across plans with exact dimensions and how many of each side to make. I forgot to save it into my favorites and now I can't find it for the life of me. Has anyone come across this post or webpage. I don't even remember if I say it here. I searched and searched but no dice. if anyone could help i would appreciate it.
Here you find some information about the Watt/Puppy´s unusual tuning.

This has the start of a build, but doesn't go into crossover design! Which sucks!

The only site covering the WAP/WATT clone, giving all the details for a full build, is the referred David/Jericho link above, by Torsten Loesch.
Still a very interesting design, for this kind of multiway speaker, and very posibly still a likely candidate for a very good build, even today
Unfortunately, none of the drivers are in production, and most possibly not available commercially anymore. One of the few retailers of Focal components in Europe, was the Falcon Acoustics in UK, which have changed its profile totally.
Another speaker in the same line, and fairly similar complexity of build, is Tony Gee's Andromeda..

Also for this, I think none of the drivers are generally available these days.
The tweet/mid cabs could possibly be used ase are, with other drivers, but the crossovers will need to be redesigned, as well as the bass cabs will need a total redesign or at least volume/ port adjustments to be used with other drivers.
