Got a pair of the Neo8s and finally worked out the CX to my taste, however, these must be the most difficult to mount driver ever! How are most of you doing it?

1. Make a flange (2mm in this case -pardon the poor pic) and mount
2. Rear mount: see example - http://av123.com/component/page,shop...art/Itemid,37/[/url] Cheers Brian |

Thanks Brian! I get the idea, only I don't think my woodworking skills are up to the task. You would think they would make it a bit easier to mount or make faceplates available per the Neo3 tweeter.
I tried making a template and then used that to route an opening in my baffle. I was going for mounting the Neo8 from the rear but the sides of my opening weren't straight, they got a little wavy in places. How are you guys making the nice looking openings I see? If I had metalworking abilities, I would just fabricate a flange but that's out. |
