1. Make a flange (2mm in this case -pardon the poor pic) and mount

Thanks Brian! I get the idea, only I don't think my woodworking skills are up to the task. You would think they would make it a bit easier to mount or make faceplates available per the Neo3 tweeter.
I tried making a template and then used that to route an opening in my baffle. I was going for mounting the Neo8 from the rear but the sides of my opening weren't straight, they got a little wavy in places. How are you guys making the nice looking openings I see?
If I had metalworking abilities, I would just fabricate a flange but that's out.
