I'm using veneered plywood on some tiny (14x14x9", tiny) sub-woofer cabinets so I need to make miter joints to keep the cabinets attractive.
Lock-miters will require less creativity in clamping the glue-up so I've used it as an excuse to get a lock miter bit. Assuming I have enough patience to set the bit up right and make all my same-width cuts at the same time on a squared table saw, can I expect any problems getting the top and bottom of the enclosure to fit? |

Use slow set yellow glue for starters.
Rest depends on your precision and your tools. I would opt for 45 miter joints on the top and bottom. |
