Default How good are Dynaco A-50s?

I just found a pair of these on Ebay. They seem to receive good reviews, but I don't know if that's becuase the reveiwers were just nostalgic. How well do they compare to new speakers (price range, sound signature, etc)? Thanks.

The A50 used a pair of 16 ohm SEAS 10" alnico midbass & a
SEAS 1 1/2" alnico treated textile dome tweeter with a 1kHz XO.
The XO differed from the A25/A35 in that it has a high-pass on the woofers.
Hi,

Very different from the normal and very nostalgic.
2-way but MMT arrangement.
Hard to sensibly compare to modern designs.

Mine are the originals, with the skan-speak drivers. I have no idea how they sound-I've never plugged them in.
