Default 3" dome speaker

A while ago I bought a set of secondhand DIY speakers.
They are perfect however one of the 3" dome speakers has a problem.

Can anyone tell me what kind of speaker it is and if and where I can get a replacement (for a reasonable price...)

The label says:
H204 8ohm 47/87
Made in Norway
