mid for 3 way duty

Hi,
Does anyone have suggestions for a 5" mid for 3 way 10's for less then $200 each. I cannot find the 5W4254 anymore which I have been using and I considered it a great/clear/detailed/neutral driver - it was a bargain at $100. Crossover points are 300 to 2k. Tweeter is SS9700. Thanks

no, I've never used them, but they are legendary!

If your using a metal mid, I wouldn't go above 3".

If you're a fan of that driver you can still get the 5w3211b from Zalytron for $107 each.

Thanks for the testing at Zaph. The Seas Nextel looks like what I want. Madisound recommended the SB midrange. Anyone have any info on those - the specs look good and they are a bargain.
