My approach to open baffle - ultimate simplicity
JeLabs style baffles with Visatons B200 (now with phase plugs). They sound stunning with my tube gear.

My approach to open baffle, using Vifa tweeters, 8'' Peerless mid/woofer and Behringers active xover. An active sub crossed to 150 hz provides the bass notes.
Sound quality is beyond my expectations with huge soundstage, excellent detail and good balance.

2 times EV SP15B 16 ohms parallel and a fostex FH96H....
The filter crosses at 4200Hz, pretty high, I know but the EV's go way up.
at 6db.
nice and simple.
I'm building a second pair in glass.

oops, the reply notification was stuck in SPAM so I only found this now.

Thanks, will do. When in doubt, the web page should also be up to date.
