Well... maybe just a little. The minimal baffle system works fine for eliminating diffraction for the woof, but your solution is less optimal for the tweeter and mid, both of which are still near-omni at frequencies where artifacts would be a concern. The best way, probably, to address this would be to add a non-circular (use a jagged inner edge or some such) felt overlay on the tweeter/midrange faceplates, to absorb and spread the frequency of diffraction artifacts.

They look great apart from this, and neat involved build. What's your tuning in the bass section? It's too short to be quarterwave, and the apeture is very short to provide any significant bass reflex loading. You may find that you get bettter performance converting that to an aperiodic vent.

Also, the dimpling on the bass section is not going to be nearly deep enough to provide any acoustic influence on woofer wavelenths, so if it takes a lot of time (how did you do that?) it's probably not worth doing on other projects.
