PE Buyout 6" shielded AL cast frame woofer

Anyone eyeing these woofers? PE Part no. 299-818 found here:

I'm thinking of a 2.5 way with 'em. They're so cheap ($12 each, $10/ea. for 4+) I'd like to hear anyone's idea of a good use to put 'em to.

Yeah, but, it is REALLY disappointing that Parts Express won't publish FR charts and more detailed measurements (Z, BL, SD, etc) for these, and other drivers on their website. They only do so for some of their own drivers, then post links to manufacturers data sheets . For brands like Tang Band that are so dishonest on their FR charts, that's a disservice.

I think these woofers are AR brand, the 5" ones (that are like the 6" ones in your link) look just like the woofers in the small AR bookshelf speakers I bought years ago, and I noticed they have gotten in some other drivers (tweeters in this case) with the AR brand on them around the same time.
