I have built an unpowered 2 way speaker recently with a simple biwire input.

I was wondering if there were any leads that were biwired at one end and had a 3.5mm jack at the other end?

If there is such a thing, would it be possible for it to plug into my computer and play to sufficient volume solely of the power of the computer? or would I need to get another amp?

Hard to find such a cable/connector combo I believe.

The computer 3.5mm output is either line level or a headphone out. The line is not for speakers and neither is the headphone out.

You will get some sound from the headphone though but it will be distorted and only at very low volume.

You need an amp meant to drive low impedance loads.

Well I don't what what kind of computer you have but it's not very common with power amplifiers in computers.

The color wouldn't tell me a yota unfortunately. :)

The computer has a powersupply, otherwise it wouldn't work, but the audio outputs are most likely those that I mentioned and not speaker out.

I have never heard about or seen a computer with a built in power amp.
