What's the difference Vifa d75mx 41-08 and Vifa d75mx 31-08

As the subject, I need to replace the Vifa dome midrange in my Coincident Victory but after searching I found the Vifa but there's different number but I think it's the same model. anyone know what the difference is?

I have replaced a midrange in my quested vs 3208's (d75mx-31) with a d75mx-41, and noticed less 'presence'. My deduction is the 41 is a little darker than the 31 in this particular enclosure.

I have a set of new unused D75MX-31-0 up for sale from a past project that never happened. I asked Madisound and they told me the D75MX-41-08 has an aluminum cage under the textile dome to keep it from getting pushed in so maybe that could be changing the sound somewhat?
