You can buy them from Yamaha, they are about $350 here in Australia.

I tried to order two myself but I was told the parts were obsoleted in January and can no longer be obtained from Japan.
Yamaha parts order number is (888) 892-6242 if you would like to try for yourself. Email is Parts@yamaha.com. I have a burned out tweeter. I wonder if there is a company the can rewind the voice coil?

There is one left in stock at Yamaha Parts Australia. It is ~$530 AUD. It could be the last one left in the world.

No one will repair the NS1000M tweeters because of their beryllium cones. Same goes for any other Yammys with beryl. I may have found two and will respond if they have more.

You could try eBay - they show up now and then there, but it's a crapshoot.

I found two NS1000M Yamaha tweeters at prodistroaudio.com. They are in San Diego CA. They may have more and have some other parts also. Nice to deal with and reasonable although a bit higher than original retail on out of stock parts but that is expected.
