Hi,
almost a week after I finished my Jordan line array speakers with JX150 as woofers, one of them developed a buzzing sound with the music. I already contacted Jordan and they can not do anything about them. It seems to be a problem with the align of the voice coil. If any of the members here has any ideas how to repair this issue is welcome, as I really liked their sound! Geroge |

Unless you can dismantle them to see if anything is obviously amiss, it may be a case of waiting until EAD produce new versions. Otherwise it's a case of anyone got alternatives to suggest...

Hi Colin,
thanks for the advise. I will try to open the back cover and see if there is anything serviceable. George |

Finally, and with a lot of help from Colin and Planet10, I managed to find a solution!
The problem was that the voice coil lost its alignment. With a thread and a some tape now it stays aligned and doesn' t buzz any more. Hope they last! Speakers play wonderful music again! George |
