I'm gonna build a pair of two way stand mounters with front porting. I got the components picked out that I would like to use.

I have been playing around with WinISD and have the box and port basics down. I have the wood working skills, the money and the time. BUT... I am completely lost when it comes to the crossover design!

These are the parts I would like to use.

I am pretty sure I don't want to build crossovers. At least not at this point. Is there a pre built crossover that work well with the parts and style speaker I mentioned? How do I go about finding a complementary crossover for this situation? Thanks for any help!

Look for a 4/3 Ohms (the one's from PE are all 8ohms) xover, crossing at about 1.800/2.000Hz and being it a 2.order(wo)/2.order(tw), with attenuation on the tweeter about 3/4 dB. You should be fine. Or ask someone to build you one/pair with the specs of the drivers in mind.

Best bet is to ditch the tweeter you chose and have someone else design the x-over.... oh wait looky here: http://htguide.com/forum/showthread.php4?t=13154

This uses a way way better tweeters and way way better x-over then any thing off the shelf. Specially for the RS-180 which is a metal cone. ALL metal cones have a large break-up. That is a frequency at which it tends to ring like a bell and that requires more x-over wizardry to keep it out of hearing range. Off the shelf x-overs are a no no for this type of driver.

You won't regret it!
