After using MK's worksheet sheets to calculate(*) the dimensions of the cabinet for a spec. driver, that's fine.
The question is whether I need to make the cabinet size a little bigger or smaller if I put in damping in the cabinet. Does the s/w already take that into consideration already? I suspect the s/w already does that. Also is stuffing density=0.48 adequate or excessive? Please confirm anyone. Thanks. * I include stuffing density of 0.48 into calculation. |

A stuffing density of 0.48 lb/ft^3 is well within the range of reasonable values for a ML TL design. Hope that helps, |
