Default Where can I buy canalphone drivers?

I want to buy the micro sized rectangular speakers used in e.g. the super.fi's and etymotic's so that I can make some custom canalphones. The problem is that I can't find them anywhere after 2 days of searching. I could make them I guess but it would be nice if I could buy them from somewhere?

Sorry, cant help you.

Are you doing your own ear moulds?
I'd be interested in seeing how it's done because by shure E3s arent comfortable with any of their bungs.
