Hi guys, a newbie here-
have an old pair of Acoustic energy aegis one.
is it worthwhile upgrading the components ie-Xo and cables?
another question-with capacitor-
it reads 5.5J 100V-what does this mean? Thanks in advance. Quan.

5.5 micro farad with 10% tolerance and a 100 volts rating... I guess.

Ps: I doubt it that you'll hear any difference in sound if you upgrade the parts, unless the old parts are whack.

Changing speaker position and/or adding acoustical treatment to the room , Yields more improvement in SQ.
