You were too quick on the draw... I was going to post this as well. It would be interesting to see a similar study on ultrasonics; I remember reading somewhere that the brain registers sounds upwards of 40KHz, even though we can't "hear" them.

Almost looks like they used an El-pipo to generate their infrasonics.
