My friends ,
I have great sympathy and respect to the diy community and all the great suggestions you have given me but, neither my patience nor my expectations matches with what is available as a tried and tested project. I have saved quiet a bit of money on my hi-fi electronics/cables and I believe I might be able to afford a used mini v1 . Thanks alot for all the information and suggestions , and apologizes if I have caused any inconveniences. Regards, Saltuk. |

I explain
Because I think that I may have caused some ahem discomfort to the "community " The original poster wanted to have Magico Mini sound . To me the only product which can provide Magico Mini sound is Magico Mini and no DIY cloning effort (within the reason and cost ) could produce effect required by the person. This doesn't change the fact that I think that Magico Mini is likely (more than less) a stylish garbage judging by what else it was compared too. And as long as DIY speakers will follow or try to excel in typically Hi-End style they are nothing more than a garbage too. (to me -to be clear) Regards, L |

Dear Andy
keeping the facts straight trough the entire thread you were trolling not me. Dear Augeropro I simply stated my preferences and which DIY is not my cup of tea. If it is yours -fine .I don't force anybody to listen to my garbage and don't mind anybody telling me it's a garbage. I'm not very technical ,cheap stuff on the market is garbage, expensive is even bigger garbage which forced me to look for solution myself. Don't worry I'll pick up a little of your technical jargon and go away. We don't have to be drinking buddies although Denver is a nice town .Can't say the same nice thinks about RMAF -what a waste of time. Best Regards, L |
