A good motor-run cap would be ideal - ASC seems a popular manufacturer. Just make sure it isn't a motor-start electrolytic type...

I have used the ASC x386s and think they are fantastic. They are a little larger than some other caps, however. I would seriously consider paralleling a couple of caps to get to that value if quality caps are not readily available at 80uF.
I don't know if ordering from Parts Express is an option for you, but they carry Solen and Jantzen 82uf polypropylenes.....
