Total Newbie here!Some help please!

Ok,got some older Canton Ergo DC 90's(2-6.5 inch woofers,5 inch midrange,1 ich aluminum tweeter) I'd like to upgrade.I've tried emailing but haven't gotten any response.I'm mainly interested in replacing the midrange driver and tweeter.The newer Ergo models list crossover points of 300hz and 3.5khz.My question is,can I get away doing this w/o replacing the crossover? I'm assuming as long as I can figure out the ohm of the speakers and get roughly the same SPL I'd be good to go.Lemme know if I'm completely crazy

Your completely crazy.

Changing a driver with a different one will require a new xover.

Have a search, this has been covered maaany times with different speakers.

Sadly MadMut is correct. Its not anything like so easy. Replace them with the exact same units (if they are worn out), or buy new speakers.
