I am here again for your advice. I am already so far to start calculating crossover for my 3 way speaker. I know its gonna be the most hardest part and probably most important.I used internet searching similar projects to get to know more about it. Its my first 3way. I also have already some software for crossover (Speaker Workshop), but it seems to me not so easy to understand.
So, I know there is people, who has a lot more experience calculating xo points for speaker, so thats why I am posting this topic. I have "been" in audioworld only half a year and for my its note easy to decide, what i should choose for XO. I hope there gonna be some discussion about this crossover, i just want to get best results, so thats I decided to ask some advice from this forum.

Some people didnt suggest to use 810921 in this project, because i will get better results using it some monitorproject. If this 27TFFC(half price) and 810921 does not have big difference, then I will keep Seas. of course I can decide just listening those two tweeters also after installing crossover.

You may not want to hear this, but if you do not have the experience to fully design your own crossovers for a 3-way system, you probably should be looking for a proven existing design, where all that work has been done for you. 3-ways are very challenging and not conducive to guesswork.
Having said that, both the Dayton woofer and the SEAS tweeter are excellent choices; I don't know anything about the Audax unit. I would recommend you consider the Dayton RS52 for the midrange:

It is reasonably priced, very well reviewed (http://www.zaphaudio.com/smalltest/), and will integrate well with your woofer and tweeter.
Other options: consider the ported version of this 2-way by my good griend Jay_WJ:

You'll get decent bass and save a lot of money on drivers and crossover components.

If you really want to start from scratch by all means do so, but there are a lot of proven alternatives out there that will meet your needs!

In regards to designing a 3-way from scratch, I agree completely. It's been a while ago, but I was interested in doing something somewhat similar. It took me a while to finally realize that there was a bit more to it than I had originally thought. Mainly, I didn't think I had enough resources available, or the knowledge required to have any success, and I figured it'd probably end up being a never ending battle of a project that I'd never be satisfied with, at least for a long time until I felt comfortable and knowledgable enough to take such a task. So, here I am, months (maybe years, i dunno) later, and still haven't done anything major, nor am I in any rush to do so. Instead, I just continue reading, looking up drivers and such, experimenting, and toying around with what I already have. If I do end up designing something with high quality drivers with crossover points in critical areas in the near future, it'll definitely be a 2-way, with the overall choice of components based on simplicity for a first design.
First of all thank you two for reply. By the way - I didnt sleep this night at all. Only thing i was doing, was reading and looking more information. But still I am sure I am gonna do this 3-way. After, when its finished, and I am done with it, I WILL let you know how good it is. I am planning to visit with this speakers our only speakermanufactory also. Maybe they help me a littlebit with crossover tuning.
So, lets keep thinking this way, that this project will pan out. I already have all drivers and planning how to realise disain also.

Nice selection of drivers.
I have done several 3-way crossovers, and there were always a few recurring lessons:
1) Don't bother hand calculating crossover points, use a simulator. I use X-over pro from Harristech. I like it a lot.
2) Driver output levels are never what you expect. I think you will be padding down your midrange quite a bit, which is pretty normal.
3) Be prepared to prototype and listen to your crossover before 'finalizing' it. Nothing is more troublesome than unsoldering wires that have been twisted together.
4) Be prepared to buy a few different size coils and capacitors before getting everything right.
Also, I think the Dayton RS 8" woofers are not quite as sensitive as stated in the spec sheets. They came out 2 or 3 dB lower than expected. That was with 5" woofers, but I think it will hold true with the 8 inch woofers as well.
