So, excellent. I don't know why more people don't design projects around these cabinets. They really seem quite excellent.

I have the non-curved .50 ft3 boxes and they are great.

1" front baffle, removeable and replaceable for small cost.
Well braced. The paint job is excellent. Can't loose. Makes it tough to go thru the process of building a set if they are the right size for a project.

I especially like the dimensions. These curved boxes are even more attractive.

I meant Parts Express cabinets in general, but I prefer these curved cabinets to the non-curved ones.

Default Cabinets

I picked up two pair, and I must say they are even better looking in person. The cherry finish has been upgraded and though it is still a dyed birch it looks more even, and instead of beech they are now Maple, so more whitish instead of yellowish, a plus in my book. Also the magnetic grille makes for a very clean appearance since most people listen with the grilles off anyways.

Default Kits for PE Curved Cabinets

Hi,

These new cabinets are quite nice and appear to be better quality that the earlier ones. Our new series of kits will include some that use the .25 cu ft for a full range or a 2 way with the option of later converting it to a 2 or 3 way using the matching 1.0 cu ft below as a bass stand with our forthcoming SDX7 . The 2 cabinets will be separated by a set of absorbant feet and the bass cabinet will include spikes for either carpet or a hard surface like wood.

Please watch the website for further details.

Bob
