It doesn't make much sense. I'd probably go with a serious pro driver for the woofer, a quality 15" or even 18", run to 300. A 3" above that, and you're golden, hell, you might have to biamp to get the mid/tweet sensitivity to match, there's a lovely problem to have, usually it's the opposite.
