Was considering using this driver up to around 900 Hz for a Summa like speaker. The only thing that bothers me is a problem around 350 Hz. One can see it on FR curve as a dip, on distorsion curve as a rise of H3 (?). It also seems to show on impedance curve as a very small bump (zoom PDF doc at least 300% to see it). What do you think can be the origin of the problem ? Do you think it's a no go beyond 300 Hz ? Thanks in advance |

Beyma's SM-115N has interesting T/S parameters : low FS (for a pro driver) + not too low QTs + big VAS so I can design a ported box using an alignment lower than 5.7, reasonnably low Le, well behaved in upper frequencies, and high efficiency. |
