Default Old Speaker, ScanSpeak perhaps

Hi.

I might pick this up for almost nothing.

Does it look familiar?

The bass seems to be a cast-frame. It looks like a ScanSpeak-frame to me. Oppions?

Regards

Got a pic of the back. Some of the SEAS used in the Dynas & some B&Os looked like that too.

Hi.

Thanks for the fast reply.

Sorry I haven't go any other pics.

Even an "old" Seas could be nice to play with.

I have an odd idea that a cast frame means quality, but this is (of cause) a some what flawed principle...

I'm pretty sure that the speakers are made en Denmark.

Regards TroelsM

Hi,

My money is on a Seas bass unit. My experience of a seas 2-way
(similar 8" paper + 1" plastic dome) many moons ago was the
midrange was not very good - so may be OK for a 3-way.
