Default Speaker Designing Software

I've been looking around, but I can't find any free software that can help calculating the dimensions of speakers and model them.

Are there any available that can be recommended?

See this guide over at HTguide:

P.S. Unibox (an Excel box modeler program) is fun to start with and has an easy interface.

WinISD is OK for the simpler types (i.e. sealed and vented boxes). It's got its problems, but it's as good as anything else that's free. Only problem is, you still have to know what you're doing. A perfectly flat bass response, for example, is rarely a very desirable thing. So if you haven't already, get some background reading done first, or you'll run into problems.

The use of UniBox paired with any of the supporting FRD Consortium programs/spreadsheets can open things up for you quite nicely. Feel free to take a look at www.diysubwoofers.org as well.

But as Scottmoose so eloquently put, response is quite often dominated by the interaction between speaker/enclosure and the environment.

Basta! in my signature comes as a 90 day demo. People tell me that the full version is too cheap.

Sorry, OT.
