Default scan-speak reference-plus opinions

Hi all
i was recommended the scan-speak reference-plus. design.http://www.audiocomponents.nl/speake...erence_eng.htm

i would like to hear impressions from anyone who built or heard this speaker.
can anyone compare it to another?
which amplification is recommended with the speaker?
did anyone hear other "audio components" designed speakers?

thank you

Hi
I'm running and tweaking a version of their A4 refernce monitor using the Vifa XT25 instead of the SS tweet, I Have adjusted the Xover in attempt to match the impedence performance of the XT25 to the originally specifed tweeter.
Comparing published spec's and graphs for the XT25 Vs the SS 2904/9800 in interesting excercise in itself,
The impdence curve is very similar but appears to be lower in value, response very similar and efficiency higher for the XT25 but padded doen a bit by the resistors used to raise the tweeter impedence. overall result is very satisfying (couldn't afford the SS tweet)

Any clones planned??

Would love to know something about its Xover.

Has any body tried a 8530 + xt25 and an Acoustic Reality style series Xover?

I dunno... i just can't seem to get excited by the Scan Speaks...

4 Jordan JX150s & Raven R1s or R2s (or even Jordan JX53s) would be about the same coin for a similar configuration and gets me more excited.
