I realize your in Manila and like I said before, not sure where you are calling but I have never had problems getting parts from Bose here in Canada or the USA with providing just model numbers and part description. Anyways, the ceramic resistors aren't special to Bose. Try an electronics supply in your area and tell Bose to stick it if they won't help.
