I'm sure that there are good and bad implementations of this, but what are the relative pros and cons of neodymium magnet structures used in loudspeaker drivers?

I believe there is a box you have to check to make a thread. Can't remember what it's called... can you help me out?
If neodymium is all that great . . . neodymium speakers ?
