Default DIY Superslim High SAF speakers?

Been surfing around the web recently, doing my usual trainspotting, and saw some tasty speakers that would look treat next to the new plasma/LCDs that are selling like hotcakes.

Anyone attempted any DIY designs like this?

Another one. Maybe not as pretty (ugly plinth IMHO), but at 14cm (5.5") wide, it will fit anywhere...

I haven't seen any ScanSpeak Revelator passive radiators as used in the System Audio S7K Master, but Peerless do have a range of 3.5" and 5.25" mini woofers and watching passive radiators...
