Hi,

All you need is a couple of circle templates of the radius used + scroll/jigsaw to make a router jig from 3/8" HDF.

If you're of steady hand, draw the template onto the baffle and freehand a 1/4" straight router bit and ripout the excess with a 1/2" (it can be done!)

the point of the shape is so it can be mounted very close to a mid driver, or even 2 drivers in an MTM configuration. I presume the height and radius is matched to the rims of appropriate fostex drivers.

Seems like a good idea for MTM, though yes, it might not be installer-friendly.
