Bipolar Seas coaxial, bad idea?

I am considering building a bipolar pair of speaks as surround chanels using a pair (or quad) of Seas coaxial drivers ( T17REX COAX/F).

What I am trying to figure out is this:
Can I wire the midbass drivers in parallel like an MTM design, and enjoy the benefit of increased sensitivity and wire the tweeters in series, all from one crossover? Is this a recipe for disaster in terms of a huge impedance dip?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
