Do I have to compensate the horn transfer function of the horn tweeter?
How should I compensate this in the crossover?

It depends on the type of speaker system your building.
The L pad is usefull if the highs are overpowering the mids. But most of the time I feel it unecessary to use such device. They burn up and get dirty. .................................................. ........ |
