Default first order crossover question

Hello. I don't know anything about designing crossovers. I need series first order crossover without inductor(woofer will be almost 90 degrees off axis) Wood this scematic work? I did search for series crossover scematics, but they all include inductors.

No, it "wood"n't work

Put a cap in series with the tweeter and an inductor in series with the woofer

Hi,

That is because the simplest series c/o is an inductor across the tweeter.
The simplest parallel c/o is a capacitor in series with the tweeter, go for that.

Go have a good look at this crossover calculator.

Please read the help file that is linked to on that page. It explains a lot about crossovers and gives you wiring diagrams. That should help a lot!
