Hey,
Do anyone on this forum have experiences with ClarityCaps in speaker-crossovers? I am special interest in the ClarityCap DTAC. http://www.claritycap.co.uk/ |

The company makes a quality product.
I am not fond of the North American importer/distributor, fwiw. Imho, I'd be somewhat surprised if they made a significant difference over a high quality polypropylene unless you have rather high quality, low distortion tweeters and a signal chain that backs it up in style... Put it another way, if I had the $$ to spend, I'd spend it on the raw driver first, then the caps/coils, not the other way around. _-_-bear

I've used Clarity caps (badged as Soniqs) and have nothing negative to say about them. A definite improvement in smoothness ove the stock parts in my Tannoy 611 but I cannot tell any difference in sound between Claritycaps and Sonicaps in my speakers.
Best regards, Martin.
