Default Bass guitar cabinet at kappalite3015LF

I came with an idea to build a bass guitar cab. I chose eminence kappalite3015lf,
http://eminence.com/pdf/kappalite-3015lf.pdf
because it has Xmax of 9,6 mm and SBB alignmnt is reasonably small (106L). SBB alignment is known for "best transients" . Is that sure, that building a cab according to SBB will give non-boomy and quick loudspeaker?
