Default PHL 1120 upper frequency limit? distortion performance?

I'm having a hard time finding...really any information regarding this driver.

I found some information regarding the driver, but it wasn't measured past 850hz --->http://www.markk.claub.net/Testing/PHL1120/PHL1120.htm

Has anybody personally used or measured this driver? Whats your experience with it? Whats the optimal upper crossover frequency and lower crossover frequency (recommended slopes/slopes used would also be appreciated).
