Default B&C 6MS38 Anyone use these?

I have been looking for a high quality Midrange for a 3 way PA system. I want to put a 15" some type of 6, 8 or 10" mid and a tweeter together for use as PA top box that will be used for high volume rock & pop acts.

I want to find a mid that has a nice flat response through the voice band. at least 300-3K and this B& C driver looks like it would work nicely. But being only a 6" i am concerned it will not be enough to keep up with a 15.

I was thinking of using two of these in some configuration with a horn.

Anyone use these? any thoughts on stacking configs???

I could do two of these one on top of each other and some type of horn next to them horizontally. or do a MTM type config with the woofer below etc.

I'm building a B&C 8PE21 midrange horn, so I can post the measurements once I have them. My goals are similar, but 300hz to 1.6k. I think getting it to 3k will require a phase plug, which I'd like to avoid, but I'll see what the measurements show.
