Volume calculations of the bass cabinet must be tricky.
Curved laminations very time consuming (expensive!) to build.
rounded shape might be acoustically better than a Box.
Your re-styling of another product? what differences other than cosmetic?

It looks like a weapon built by Daleks crossed with an arcade machine. Some people will love it, Some might not. Maybe more timbers to "furniturise" it a little bit or go all out and replace the timber back with lots of little hemispheres then couple it with some of Josh Stippich's (spelling?) very cool amplifiers.

Default re

hi Mike

u are right, it will take moreless one month to make the cabinets.
it will be less expensive than if i would let it make in the u.s. ore europe. craftmanship is not so prohibitively expensive here aroung...
Horns, i am using Orpheans of BD-design, modified bms4592nd coaxial neodymium compressiondriver from 220hz to 22khz, and bass i will use a beyma 15" lx60, tuned to 40hz. it's a own design, and own speaker combination. The main difference to other similar speakers around is the enclosure design.
